Laayo is operated through Laayo LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, and Laayo is also duly registered and operating as a business entity in Nepal. Services are currently available in the Birtamod area only.

Laayo may share your information in limited circumstances, including:
We may share user delivery details and order information needed to fulfill an order.
We may share delivery address, phone number, and order details required for delivery completion.
We may share data with trusted third-party providers such as:

SMS/email notification providers
cloud hosting and database providers
analytics and security providers
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the business transaction.

GPS location may be used to improve delivery accuracy, estimate delivery time, and enhance user experience.
Location tracking is mandatory during active deliveries or shifts to support:
route optimization
customer tracking
delivery verification

Location data is not shared publicly and is used only for service-related purposes.
Laayo may use cookies and similar technologies to:
improve user experience
analyze traffic and app performance
store login preferences and session data
Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, but some Platform features may not function properly.
Laayo takes security seriously and uses strong, industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information. These measures may include encryption, secure servers, restricted access controls, and continuous monitoring to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration of data.
Access to personal information is limited only to authorized personnel and trusted service providers who require it to operate and improve the Platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should not share passwords, OTP codes, or login access with anyone.
User, Vendor, and Delivery Partner data is retained while accounts remain active.
Transactional, legal, and financial records may be stored longer to comply with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements in Nepal (and where applicable, the United States).
You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@laayo.com.np, subject to regulatory obligations and legal retention requirements.
Laayo is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent/guardian believes a child has created an account, they should contact us for deletion.
Laayo currently operates in Nepal and stores data using servers and hosting providers selected by Laayo (such as secure cloud hosting providers).
If data is transferred internationally in the future, Laayo will apply reasonable safeguards to protect user information.
As a user, vendor, or delivery partner, you may have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal requirements)
